RMA REQUEST FORM

Materials will not be accepted without RMA Form & Filling all the columns in the RMA Form is Mandatory.
Without proper Invoice details the material will not be taken for service/replacement
1) If the material is not underwarranty, the service is chargeable.
2) The Service charge will be intimated after inspecting the material only.
3) If the material will be Physical damage, then the service is chargeable.
